hi! we visited your place last weekend but we did not have time to see everything. all i saw was the barn and the “bakery”. now that i saw your site, i realized i only saw a tiny portion of your farm. hope to come back next time and discover the whole bohol bee farm, although i got to taste the garden salad and the halu-halo at the buzz in the ICM.

    carry on your work!

    Hello Bee Farm,

My wedding is set in Q3 of this year and my fiancé and I have decided to have our honeymoon at your farm. Through your website, we learned that you have a 3day and 2 night’s package; however we could only stay there for 2 days and 1 night. How much rate can you give us? If we opt to just get the Barn room (good for 2pax @ 2k per night…pls correct me if I’m wrong on the room rate=)), how much cost would you offer if we want to take a 1-day tour to Bohol’s tourist spots, like have lunch at the famous Loboc River.

Hope to receive your response the soonest. =)

hi there! thank you for making our stay last May 11-12 a great one. The resort staff is very friendly, made us feel most welcome. I just have a few comments that could, hopefully, be of help. You have an excellent customer service, but lacks consistency. For our trans-out, we were brought to the pier by an old pick-up truck (not so well-maintained as it looks dirty all over). I hope guest comfort was taken into consideration in that particular situation.
For the accommodation, our room (beehive 2) was too dark compared with the other beehive rooms. Even if it is intended as a homeymoon suite, I hope other lighting preferences will be considered as well. Lastly, I understand the bed is intended to make us feel “countryside” and “farmy”, but I think it needs a little improvement as it makes a lot of noise even at the slightest movement.
Hope our feedback helps. Despite the comments, we’ll be back soon and I will definitely recommend the Bee Farm to my friends.

    More power,
    Mildred Arce

Want to thank Vicky and staff for our stay there from 4 – 7 May 08. We (6 pax) had a good time, enjoyed the lovely food, home-made spreads, pastries and nice ambience. Our balcony overlooks the sea and there were so many stars at night(caught sight of a shooting star) and we could see fireflies hovering on the treetops. Beautiful…

One suggestion, perhaps guests could be advised on phone connections to the reception and other rooms (i.e. when we have booking of more than one room) to save us from moving from room to room.

Very nice place to be. My whole family are very happy and we all enjoyed our stay. What we all said is WOW,WOW and WOW. Food are amazing. People are amazing. Hilot or massage is very good. The whole 4 days and 3 nights package is the best. I even requested an extra night. Bought lots of souveneirs and extra Honey Spread which I personally like. Accomodation is superb. All I can say is thumbs up.

To all who like to visit Bohol, try bee farm and you will not regret it. Your money are well spend. And for those who like to experience a natural, rural feeling, this is the place to be.

I will recommend this place when I’m back to New Zealand.

Thanks to Hyacinth, Eugene, Tawing and the rest of the crew for your warmed welcome.

I loved the vegetarian pizza…yummy, the salads were really good, i really loved the bee-fi, bee-squash shakes and also the mango+ginger shake(forgot the name), the camote lasagna was delicious, the squash muffin…wonderful and the pesto/mango/honey spreads were really something. Awesome foods!!! We missed the farm tour though…everybody was busy…they forgot our request for a tour.:(

AMAZING! Bohol Bee Farm is a place that became a part of our life’s momentous occasion. The location is good for those who wants to be away from the hassle of the city. The ambiance is authentic in its form. You are in touch with God’s work. In here you can really appreciate the beauty of the usual things we see. Serenity is one factor that I like best . My love and I like had a wonderful three nights and two days experience in this haven. He proposed to me at the open terrace below the cliff. It was so romantic with the lights of the moon and stars and with the waves of the ocean as our music. The food is so superb. Everyday you will have a different taste of organic foods. The tours, it is all worth taking to. We get to see the whole of Bohol from the tours being offered. From the Chocolate Hills, to the historical centennial church and sandugo monument, the Tarsier and the Man Made Forest. Loboc River Cruise we had so much fun having the company of great crowd and the great performers on the boat as well as with the stop over stage. Pamilacan Island had been our sanctuary. The Panglao beach, for sure you will really get into your two piece or swim wear to splurge with the refreshing green and blue water. To Ma’am Vicky, the owner she is so nice. Thanks for the warm welcome you have given to us and to the wonderful departure as well. :) Can we request to have a picture of the open terrace below the cliff. We did not have the chance to get a pic on the area. It is a memorable place for us. Thanks. The driver that we have also has been very hospitable and nice, we are extending our warmest welcome to him. I will definitely recommend this place for my clients for their honeymoons or vacation. Thanks again. God bless.

I liked the “effect” of the vines in the stairs going up to our room. Nice, accomodating staff. And of course, THE FOOD was AMAZING. We had to skip snacks in between meals to prepare (to make us really hungry) because the servings are so much more than enough for the two of us. Delicious. Healthy. Organic!

    2. The last day(3rd day),what time wil the activity finish? and shall we return the farm?

    3. would you please tell me how many meals include by package?

4.please confirm package rate: my parents, my husband and I, 4 person,2 standard rooms (BTW, standard room equals to beehive suites?),total:p10608*4=42432,is that right?

    Expecting your sooner reply.

    Hi Ms. Vicky,

Just wanted to say thanks for your very accomodating resort and for giving us a wonderful experience. This is a long overdue post, since we went there last May 2008. For those people planning to come to this resort. I guarantee that you will love it, especially if you love food.

For its lack of a beach front, may I suggest that you go to one of the beach clubs near the resort such as Bohol Beach Club, it has an entrance fee but its consumable.

Again thanks for the wonderful time and the free basket bag that you gave us.

Hi! My family and relatives are planning to travel to Bohol on March 14 or March 15.

We are considering staying at your place for one (1) night. We are interested in the Garden Bungalows. We are 2 groups, comprising of:
A party of 2 adults and a 12 year old child, and,
A party of 3 adults and a 4 year old child

We would like to know if 2 units of the Garden Bungalows are available on Mar 14 or March 15.

    If they are available,
    1. Can we have 2 bungalows adjacent to each other?
    2. What is the current rate per bungalow per night?
    3. Is the use of the swimming pool included in the rate? What time within the day is the swimming pool open for use?
    4. When is the deadline to book, so as to secure the use of the 2 bungalows?

I just returned from a trip to the Philippines. I have to say that my 4 days at the Bohol Bee Farm was the highlight of my trip. The gallery photos here don’t do it justice. Even though they emphasize themes such as sustainability, natural, and organic living, it’s no less relaxing than a modern resort. It’s amazing how they can do both. I took many photos during my trip. I’ll send a link once I post some online. Thank you Vicky. I left abundantly relaxed and inspired.

I have a wonderful stay at Bee Farm. The atmosphere and environment are excellent, the use of natural resources for the entire resort are amazing and the sea view and the farm “force” me to relax my mind and my body.
Eating is one of the most important point of any trip. Food in Bee Farm is a highlight of my trip; I take 14 meals in Bee Farm during my 7 days journey. The food are inceditable!
The most treasurable of any resort are people. All staff in Bee Farm are very nice, they are friendly to every guest and do their best to serve you. They always make me feel warm and take good care about me.

Everything in Bee Farm are excellent!

My children call the place paradise. I would highly recommend this place to friends, family and balikbayans. It is quaint and has very welcome ambiance. The view and the garden set up is enchanting. The rooms are well kept. The food, delicious and healthy; kids loved the honey chicken, I enjoyed the fresh fruit chillers. The staff are friendly, accommodating and masipag. They have “hidden” spots where guests can relax, listen to the waves, and feel the wind. Best of all, rates are reasonable. Kudos! to the Wallaces for their hardwork to offer this kind of facility and service.

hi, miss vicky! we saw your tour packages for 3 days and 2 nights accomodation for two. we would just like to clarify some matters.
    1. do you still have any other affordable packages other than the ones posted here on your site? since, we`re on a tight budget but still want to experience our first bohol trip to your resort/hotel/
    farm.
    2. does your barn room the standard room mentioned in your packages?
    3. is the toilet or comfort room at the barn room is a shared one or a private toilet/cr?
    4. your packages stated meals are inclusive already, does it include all meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner?
    5. with regard to the packages, are entrance fees if there`s any already included?
    6. the loboc river is the lunch already included as well?

we will appreciate your immediate response, since we`re already
booked our flights to cebu and we`ll transfer to bohol this
coming june 25 to 27. we`re looking forward to visit you soon.. :)

I was with my daughter Claire visiting Bohol on June 1 and 2 from NY and our agent Joshua suggested your place although I already read about the bee farm while I was researching for places to stay in Bohol. It was a cozy rural setting and as Josh told us to wait for 5 minutes before loving your place. We wished we had enough time to spend but since our time is limited and had to come back to NY we only hope to come back again. But I will surely tell friends and family about the place. It is naturely wonderful and awesome. Liked the rural setting, the seaside/cliffside and the food you produce esp. organic veggies. The tour of the bee farm was also great and I get to meet kababayans from Bacolod. What a way to enjoy a limited vacation in one famous island of the Philippines. We loved and enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Keep up the good work and more power.I hope I could bring in more people next time when we get to visit Bohol. I wished we could have stayed longer. Bohol Bee Farm is a hidden paradise.

Never got the chance to have a talk w/ Ms. Vicky as she was not home when we got to her home (cool place you got “HOME SWEET HOME”), but at least we got to wave at her as we went home while we’re in the car!
That wave doesn’t mean goodbye..instead it means “we will be back” Thank you!

We stayed there for 4 days last April. The place is great (esp for those who want serenity), the food is the best. Though the place is not beachfront, we just went to nearby pamilakan island. My husband went snorkling/swimming every dawn that we’re there. I even saw clown/gold fishes and so many star fishes just near the stairs of the port. We went dolphin watching & snorkeling also, we were able to see a group of talakitok, just like in Discovery Channel. This is the first time I enjoyed the sea. My husband even wanted to live in your place. Thank you and we hope to go back there again.

Thank you so much for taking your time and showing us your beautiful resort. It was a unique and wonderful experience. We truly felt and respect your vision of not just building a resort, but a community that preserves the fast fading Boholano culture which is eco-sensitive at the same time. We appreciate the scrumptious food, beautifully presented, which appealed to all of our senses. Our visit to the Bee Farm was a definite highlight of our vacation.

The place is different from other resorts i’ve been to. The ambiance, all native is refreshing. The quiet surrounding is relaxing. The food, the papaya juice, the polvoron, the salad are just so delectable! The staff are friendly and seems well trained. The staff at the resto wore cute dresses and they carry the mini dress very well too. My daughter had a stomach ache and she was offered guava tea, it helped but what i appreciate is the staff whom i spoke with immediately offered the guava tea.

Over-all i had a wonderful stay, thanks to the staff and to Vicky and hubby for the different concept.

Nothing disappointed us in Bohol Bee Farm. From the port pick-up by Eugene, our tour guide, to the accommodation at the Honeycomb, the tour package, to the food. Everything was good. We stayed there from Aug 20-22 and we have nothing but rave reviews. The rustic environment provided a sure respite from those commercialized resorts. We were even fortunate to meet Vicky, the owner, and like the place, she is down-to-earth and very sincere person. The most amazing adventure we had was we were fortunate enough to see both dolphins and pilot whales in our dolphin/whale watching expedition, which according to the native folks there is a rare occurrence. My wife, and two daughters are so happy about the place that we are spreading the word among our relatives and friends.
