Order Processing Policy

Upon making purchases online, it is agreed that you have read and understood our Order Processing Policy.

Orders are processed during business days (Mon – Fri). Orders received after 12:00pm are processed on the next business day.
Products sold at our website are normally available for courier pick-up and consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and approved.
If an order will not be available within 3 days or is out of stock, the customer will be notified via e-mail and will be advised if and when the item will become available or store has discontinued selling the item for whatever reason.
The total rate displayed in our website does not include the shipping fee. We will notify you the total payment due once we calculated the shipping fee. You will be advised the method of payment. We will start shipping your order once we confirmed the payment.
If the order is approved, the customer will be notified via e-mail or SMS details provided when the order was placed online.
Stock availability of listed items is not guaranteed.
